1. Definitions and Interpretation

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player with iiijl for the purpose of accessing services, placing wagers, and managing funds.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and active bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by iiijl subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds by a Player into their iiijl Account using approved payment methods.

• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gambling operations in the Philippines.
• "Website" means the iiijl online platform accessible at https://iiijl.cam and any associated mobile applications.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's Account balance to their designated payment method.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with iiijl, accessing the Website, or using any services provided by the Company, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. You accept and agree to be legally bound by all provisions, policies, and rules referenced herein.
3. You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time, and continued use of iiijl services following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
4. You understand that failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.
5. You agree that all disputes arising from or relating to iiijl services shall be governed by Philippine law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register an Account and use iiijl services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gambling laws.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be legally prohibited from gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines when accessing iiijl services.

3.2 Identity Verification

iiijl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as passport, driver's license, UMID, or PhilID) when requested for verification purposes.
• Update your Account information promptly if any details change.
• Cooperate with any additional verification procedures that iiijl may implement for security or regulatory compliance purposes.

iiijl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and may suspend Account access or withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player may maintain only one (1) Account with iiijl. Multiple Accounts registered by the same person, household, device, or IP address are strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple Accounts will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action for fraud.

4. Account Security and Verification

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong password that meets iiijl security requirements and is not used for other online services.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available to enhance Account security.
• Notify iiijl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account when finished using iiijl services, especially when accessing from shared or public devices.

4.2 Liability for Account Activity

You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify iiijl of suspected unauthorized access. The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized Account use if you failed to adequately protect your login credentials or promptly report suspicious activity.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures

iiijl implements comprehensive Know Your Customer procedures in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• iiijl may request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, source of funds, or payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification.
• Failure to provide requested documentation within reasonable timeframes may result in Account suspension and withdrawal denial.
• iiijl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions or suspicious activity patterns.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

iiijl accepts deposits through the following payment channels:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks
• Over-the-counter: 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential Account closure.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction
Maximum deposit: ₱500,000 per transaction (VIP Players may request higher limits)

5.3 Deposit Processing and Confirmation

Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallet and online bank transfer methods. Over-the-counter payments may require 15-60 minutes for confirmation. iiijl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. If a deposit does not reflect in your Account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with transaction proof for investigation.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

All financial transactions on iiijl are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be automatically converted at prevailing exchange rates, with applicable conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

5.5 Deposit Fees

iiijl does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or over-the-counter service) may assess their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third parties.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your iiijl Account, you must:

• Have completed identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• Meet any applicable bonus wagering requirements for funds derived from promotions.
• Withdraw to a payment method registered in your legal name matching your iiijl Account.
• Have a minimum balance of ₱100 available for withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

iiijl processes withdrawal requests according to the following timeframes:

• GCash: 3-10 minutes
• PayMaya: 3-10 minutes
• Bank transfer: 1-3 business days
• Over-the-counter pickup: 24-48 hours

These timeframes represent iiijl's internal processing. Actual receipt of funds may be delayed by third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or technical issues beyond our control.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard Players:
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱100
- Maximum withdrawal: ₱100,000 per day / ₱500,000 per month

VIP Players may qualify for higher withdrawal limits based on their tier status. Contact VIP support for details.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations, iiijl requires that:

• Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal eligibility.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible.
• Large or frequent withdrawals may trigger enhanced due diligence and source of funds verification.
• iiijl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

The first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month are processed free of charge. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month incur a ₱50 processing fee per transaction.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms Incorporation

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives provided by iiijl are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. These bonus-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10-20% contribution
• Live dealer games: Varies by game
• Video poker: 10% contribution

7.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

iiijl prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using betting patterns or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine gameplay.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Withdrawing deposits immediately after claiming bonuses without wagering.

Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, potential Account closure, and blacklisting from future promotions.

7.4 Maximum Bet Limits with Active Bonuses

While wagering requirements for a bonus remain unfulfilled, maximum bet limits apply (typically ₱100-300 per spin or hand). Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus wagering requirements are active constitutes a violation of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus winnings.

8. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

8.1 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered on iiijl utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently tested for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be manipulated by iiijl or Players. You acknowledge that:

• The house edge inherent in casino games means that over time, the casino maintains a statistical advantage.
• Past results do not influence future outcomes in games of chance.
• No betting system or strategy can guarantee profits or overcome the house edge.

8.2 Prohibited Gaming Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for Account termination:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Collusion with other Players in multiplayer or competitive games.
• Use of VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or mask identity.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse or payment fraud.

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, including but not limited to software errors, server connectivity issues, or display problems:

• All affected game rounds are void and bets are refunded.
• Any winnings from malfunctioning games are invalid and will not be paid.
• Players must report suspected malfunctions to customer support immediately.
• iiijl is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond refunding affected bets.

8.4 Disputes and Erroneous Payouts

iiijl reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in cases where:

• Erroneous odds or payout rates were displayed due to technical error.
• Games malfunctioned and produced incorrect results.
• Players exploited software vulnerabilities or game bugs.
• Bets were placed in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Players who receive erroneous payouts due to technical errors must report the discrepancy to iiijl immediately. Knowingly retaining or withdrawing erroneously credited funds constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

iiijl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activities, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Loss limits
• Session time limits
• Reality checks and gameplay reminders
• Self-exclusion options (temporary or permanent)

9.2 Age Verification and Underage Gambling Prevention

Online gambling is illegal for individuals under 21 years of age in the Philippines. iiijl implements strict age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. Players must be at least 21 years old and provide valid government-issued identification proving their age. Creating an Account using false information or allowing minors to use your Account is prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution under Philippine law.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or who recognize problematic behavior may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion:

• Your Account will be locked and inaccessible.
• You will not receive promotional communications.
• Any pending bonuses will be forfeited.
• Reactivation of excluded Accounts requires affirmative action and may involve cooling-off periods.

To request self-exclusion, contact customer support or use the self-exclusion tools in your Account settings.

9.4 Problem Gambling Resources

If you or someone you know is experiencing gambling-related problems, help is available through Philippine problem gambling support organizations and PAGCOR-approved counseling services. Warning signs of problem gambling include:

• Gambling with money you cannot afford to lose
• Chasing losses by betting more to recover previous losses
• Lying to family or friends about gambling activities
• Neglecting work, school, or family responsibilities due to gambling
• Borrowing money to gamble or pay gambling debts

10. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

10.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or using iiijl services to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Fraudulent activity including chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, or identity theft
• Creating multiple Accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Collusion, cheating, or any form of unfair gameplay advantage
• Harassment, abusive behavior, or threatening language toward staff or other Players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack iiijl software or systems
• Using iiijl services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited

10.2 Account Suspension and Closure

iiijl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
• You fail to complete identity verification when requested
• Your Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months
• Required by law, court order, or regulatory authority

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance derived from legitimate deposits and winnings will be returned to you, minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to iiijl. Funds derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations will be forfeited.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification and processing timeframes. Closed Accounts cannot be reactivated, and you must wait at least 90 days before registering a new Account with iiijl.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and materials displayed on the iiijl Website are the exclusive property of iiijl or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use iiijl services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any portion of iiijl content without express written permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from iiijl software
• Use iiijl trademarks, logos, or branding materials without authorization
• Frame, mirror, or scrape content from the iiijl Website

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, iiijl and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of iiijl services
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to protect login credentials
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or errors beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party payment processor delays, failures, or errors

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to iiijl services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time of the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and iiijl:

1. You must first contact iiijl customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
2. If informal resolution fails, you may escalate the dispute to iiijl management for formal review.
3. Disputes that cannot be resolved through internal procedures may be submitted to PAGCOR for mediation and arbitration.
4. As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through litigation in Philippine courts as specified in Section 15.

You agree not to join or participate in class action lawsuits against iiijl, and all disputes must be pursued individually.

14. Amendments and Modifications

iiijl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and may notify Players via email or Website announcement. Your continued use of iiijl services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using iiijl services and close your Account.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of iiijl services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

iiijl operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR and complies with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall limit PAGCOR's regulatory oversight or your right to file complaints with PAGCOR regarding iiijl services.
